ORDERING
Ways to order:
- You may order online. You do not
have to open a Paypal account to make purchases.
- You may call us toll free at 1-888-YOU-GO-GIRL
(968-4644) and use your credit card.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and
Discover. Credit cards will be charged when orders are placed.
E-checks will not ship until cleared.
- You may also send us your order with a check or
money order to: You Go Girl Dancewear, 1230 Brownfield Road, Uniontown, PA 15401. Simply print your shopping cart list. Do not
checkout. Please allow extra time for you to receive your order so we
may verify that your check has cleared. There is a $25 fee for all
returned checks.
- Pennsylvania residents are charged 6% sales tax
on taxable items.
- Fitting information is suggested as a guide and cannot be
guaranteed.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
- All exchanges and refunds must be made within
30
days of shipment. Please call for authorization within 10 days of
receipt of dancewear. All returns and exchanges must have a return
authorization number (RA#) written on the outside of the box.
- We do not accept returns for dancewear that has
been worn.
- We do not accept returns for items damaged in any way from
customer misuse.
- Dancewear exchanges will be treated as a new
order & will be subject to exchange fees, shipping/handling fees, and
price difference.
- Items must be in their original box/bag with
original tags. Do not tape or apply anything to shoe boxes.
There is a $5 fee for all returned damaged boxes .
- Items considered "Special Order" are
non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If defective, they will be
replaced.
- Items returned that have been worn or not in its
original condition will be discarded and will not be issued a refund or
exchange.
- The are no refunds on shipping/handling charges.
- If the exchange is due to our mistake, we will
refund the return shipping amount.
- Any discrepancies must be
reported within 5 days of actual delivery date.
- There will be a 15% restocking fee for any
returns totaling more than $100.
- Allow up to 3 weeks for processing monies for
your return.
- ALL TIGHTS, SPECIAL ORDERS, and CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL
SALES. We cannot process returns for these items.
- Clothes must be returned with all tags intact. If any tags
are missing, the merchandise will not be accepted. Thank you for your
cooperation.
- For sanitary reasons, undergarments of any kind are not
returnable.

DELIVERY TIME
- Orders are filled and shipped within 3-4
business days sometimes sooner unless noted otherwise. During peak times
it may take an extra day for shipping. E-checks will not ship until cleared.
- Be sure to give us your required date! There
is a message section upon checkout.
- You Go Girl Dancewear cannot be responsible for any
damages beyond the actual monies paid by the customer for the items ordered
in the event of non-delivery. We are not responsible for any delays
caused by USPS, UPS etc.
